Zero Communication Between Departments

My experience with this dealership started great with friendly interactions and support when purchasing my new vehicle. It came afterwards that I started experiencing lack of communication and failure to keep me updated when delivering my new purchased vehicle. I've called the dealership a hand full of times leaving messages and still no response back. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and lack of reassurance that my vehicle would be delivered to me within the period of time they told me. I had a conversation with the lead financial employee named Robert, who told me "I can not imagine this car not being delivered in the the next 24-48 hours". Now at the 48 hour point of when they told me I would receive my new car I've realized I probably won't be getting my car today or hear from their staff. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back in later dates to purchase another car or recommend to anyone because I don't want them to have to deal with the unprofessional lack of communication.

Lackluster, No follow up

1st time experience (and last) at this dealership. It was horrible! Greeted by Sales manager and assigned a sales rep. I explained what I was looking for and the options I wanted with possible colors. The "on lot" options were not what I wanted. Sales rep was going to search of the area and provide a sales price for a different/alternative SUV on the lot. A week later...I never received a follow up, no additional info, no search results and no price on the alternative SUV on the lot. A big zero for this dealership. I'll take my business elsewhere. I suggest others do to.

f I could give this certified Chevrolet dealership 0 zero stars I would. I had my vehicle serviced at this dealership and they missed protocol. In doing so it ruined the engine. They refuse to fix the error. I contacted General Motors and they stated "we cannot force the dealerships to do work because they are independently owned." What does certified mean? According to General Motors they stand behind their certification "depending on the circumstance." Two months later and I am left to consult the Attorney General. On the flip side of the coin, my wife had a tremendous experience at Quirk Chevrolet in Manchester, NH. I STRONGLY URGE YOU TO SEEK ALTERNATIVE DEALERSHIP FOR YOUR NEEDS.
