DON'T BRING IN FOR SERVICE!
I live 3.5 hours from the closest Buick dealer and I will travel twice as far to never come to this place again! The service department is not competent for simple repairs that I could probably do myself, but my vehicle is still under warranty so wanted to have it done “professionally”. The service manager, Damon, is completely unprofessional and disrespectful, he should be fired for how he speaks with people. He gets an honest review, negative, but honest, then gets arrogant and rude to the customer. This issue is and will continue to get escalated with General Motors directly.

Excellent sales experience and very competitive pricing. The service and body shops are very customer oriented. I would highly recommend this dealership for new or used cars.
