Traded in our 2020 Cadillac Escalade for a 2023 Cadillac XT6. We love our new XT6. Hannah was great to deal with. Winnie (Finance Manager) we have been dealing with her for many years and she knew want we needed. General Manager Ernesto has a great team to work with. Steve the (Cadillac Ambassador) took great deal time helping us to understand all the features of Cadillac XT6 in detail. And we have been a loyalty customer for 38 year and always has great experience from start to finish.

We recently had a great experience purchasing a used Chevy Tahoe at Garlyn Shelton Buick GMC. We especially loved our sales guy JD! He was knowledgeable, personable, and just made the whole experience fun. Any problem we encountered, he was very responsive and quick to work out a plan to get it fixed. We have been really impressed with the integrity of this dealership/company - everything they promised was delivered on and everyone has really gone the extra mile to provide us with the best possible vehicle, even after the sale was completed. I usually hate the whole car buying process, but this was by far the easiest and most pleasant experience I've ever had. Thank You!
