DO NOT BUY OR USE THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT! I purchased a 2025 Dodge Ram here, and they included free oil changes for as long as I own the truck. I took it in for my first oil change, tire rotation, and alignment. I dropped it off at 8 a.m., and they kept it until the end of the day. When they finally called, they said the alignment machine was down but that I could pick up my truck. A few days later, warning alarms started going off. I was told that since it’s a Dodge, I should take it to a Dodge dealership for inspection. When I did, they discovered that GMC West had left all the nuts and bolts on my suspension loose. The technician said the suspension components were moments away from causing a serious accident. I had been driving around with my newborn baby in the truck without knowing how unsafe it was. Because this issue was caused by GMC West, Dodge won’t cover the repairs. Now my truck is stuck in the shop with a $500 bill—all because of GMC’s negligence. STAY AWAY!
