We completed the entire deal online with JJ as my sales
We completed the entire deal online with JJ as my sales person and Santiago Diaz as the finance representative. JJ was great to deal with. Very professional the entire way. Always answered back on texts, calls or emails. We were well taken care of through the entire process and got the truck we wanted. JJ went above and beyond to take care of us and give us a great buying experience and exactly what we wanted. We drove over an hour to get to the dealership and JJ had everything ready and waiting for us. The truck was detailed, full of fuel and ready to roll. After looking over the truck and of course taking pictures, JJ went over everything about the truck and dealership to ensure we were prepared to fully enjoy our new Sierra 1500 AT4 and were acquainted with all the benefits offered at Cavender. I would and will recommend JJ at Cavender Buick/GMC North to everyone. Santiago made sure all paperwork was correct and timely, leaving nothing to chance. We felt well taken care of with the financing that was arranged and the total price paid for all we wanted. Again Santiago was very responsive to all texts, calls and emails. Cavender has a great team and they shined for our GMC purchase.
