Bad Service

2nd time bringing one of our trucks here to be serviced. My son showed up at 7:20am for a 7:30 appointment for a tail light and a check engine light. He was asked if he needed a ride. He said no. Thinking he was the first person in line that it won?t take to long. 4 hrs later he call me and asked me to pick him up because he was told they had not started on it. An additional 2.5 hrs later Josh called us stating they couldn?t find anything wrong and the check engine light was no longer on. He said they would need to let it run until the light came back on. My son asked for a price to do that. Josh said he would call him back. He never called us and when I called he never came to the phone, but a lady came on stating he was pulling a car around. I asked the lady to have my truck ready and that I was on the way. When we arrived we had to wait for him because he had the paperwork and no one else could help us. I asked Josh, why on earth did my son have to sit there for 4 hrs with no updates. My son went to ask how much longer and was told they hadn?t started on it. Josh argued with me for about 10 minutes on every issue we had there and then said I was irrelevant to the conversation He stated he told my husband last time he was there that all appointments are drop off only. Such dishonesty. When we called to set that appointment we asked, will this be a drop off. We were told that they did not know. This was for a part for our hood. My husband sat there for an hour then was told that the part was faulty and they didn?t even have the tool to install it anyway. They have no idea what they are doing and will argue with you until they believe that they are right. Josh said to me ?you are irrelevant to the conversation?. I have never been talked to that way when seeking service from a dealership service provider. Horrible customer service. I wouldn?t recommend them to anyone. PERIOD!

Dissatisfied with repair shop

Took my car in for a shaking problem over 50 mph. Wheels needed balancing. No charge. That afternoon, problem started again. Went back next day. Told it was an alignment problem. Performed alignment. Charge was $109. Problem returned that afternoon. I was told that the car could be seen in about 4 weeks. Took the car to another shop. Got a new set of tires. Problem solved.
