STAY AWAY FROM FINNIGAN, THEY WILL %$#@ you! I left my truck there and after a week of waiting for it and multiple calls, I went to get it. Nothing had been done. Even though I have the top tier 4-star Warranty, purchased through GM, they told me they would not honor it, and I would have to pay diagnostic fees, labor fees, and not be given a loaner vehicle while I wait. (All of which I was part of the warranty I purchased for $5000). I told the service manager it was a GM purchased warranty, and he literally laughed in my face. I told him to call Beck & Masten where I bought the truck and the warranty and he said, "I don't have to do that". I told them to give back my truck, at which point they told me I owed $240 in diagnostic fees just to get it back. No work done and a week without my vehicle. Fraudulent, Scammers! Don't trust Finnigan, Don't buy anything from them, you will regret it.

A little longer thant I expected. They told us the repair was gonna take aroud 2-3 hours but took aroun 5. However the quality of the job was ok.

I brought my 2025 Corvette in for a manufacturers paint defect. They scratched it up so much it was pitiful. They fixed it, but left black flakes of burnt polishing compound all over it. Then I took it in for my 5000 mile oil change, tire rotation, & transmission filter change. Jamie the service manager said they only do the transmission filter, & tire rotation at 7500 miles, & to bring it back. When I did, he insisted the transmission filter was the only thing they’d cover because the tires should’ve been done at 5000. When I told him “YOU TOLD ME I HAD TO WAIT TILL 7500 HE DENIED IT”, & charged me 30 bucks. The car was spotless when I brought it in, when I took it home I noticed deep scratches on the hood. I was able to buff most of one of them, but the other one was too deep. I will NEVER take my beautiful dream car to these assclowns they have in their service center department again. They have proven their disregard for not damaging my car during routine maintenance every time. They are always nice, but they do damage during the service. If you have a nice car? NEVER TAKE IT TO THEM FOR SERVICE!
