This entire experience was unsatisfactory and if it hadn’t been for Pedro the finance guy, we would have walked out and not bought the car. Our salesman was inexperienced. The sales manager LIED to me multiple times and I have some of these lies in writing. And he never once introduced himself to me in person. Never met anyone in service even though I was instructed to say in this survey that I was walked into the service department and introduced to a representative.
