Their listed discounts are fake! Would give 0 stars if I could. I drove nearly 3 hours to their dealership just for them to tell me the “out the door” deal we worked over the phone didn’t include about $3000 of dealer markup. I even asked about markups and dealer add ons over the phone and they said it was already worked into the price. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealership! Don’t waste your time with these liars and scammers!

Advertising a certain $ off MSRP in order to get someone
Advertising a certain $ off MSRP in order to get someone to drive to their dealership just to find out they add $2000.00 to every vehicle they sell is false advertising. Manager says they advertise lower than anyone else because that’s what gets people to come there. He says they can’t show any addendums marking things up on their website showing the added $2000.00 and can only tell people in person once they get there. They know exactly what they are doing. Advertise a low price to make you drive past 3 dealerships to get all the way out there and then slide two grand onto the price. Some seat spray doesn’t cost $2k! They do this to every single truck they sell!! Unless it’s a 3/4 ton and it’s even more than that!!! Crooked and no thank you!

They have False advertisement on the website. When I reached out about the vehicle no one told me there was a $7500 market adjustment. Manager stated that they cant add market adjustments to their website. Seem like xx to me since I saw a truck on there with the MSRP price and then the FINAL PRICE. My husband and I buy vehicles a lot and know the process and how dealerships work and that is not good customer service.
