Best car buying experience I've ever had.
Best car buying experience I've ever had. No pressure, no hidden fees, no stress, just a quick straight forward deal. We traveled over 6 hours to purchase a car from Steve Hernandez at Sewell and it was worth the trip. We bought the car we wanted at the price we wanted and we were in and out if there in under an hour. I Highly recommend this dealership.

I want to start by saying the salesperson was excellent—professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the buying process. Unfortunately, that was the only positive part of my experience. Sewell GMC of Dallas claims to perform a multi-point inspection on used vehicles, but based on my experience, that inspection is either not being done or not being done thoroughly. Upon delivery, the vehicle had multiple chips in the windshield that were never disclosed. These were only addressed after I specifically pointed them out. Additionally, the vehicle did not have a fresh oil change, which is something most buyers reasonably expect—especially from a dealership with Sewell’s reputation. Even worse, the oil level was so low it wasn’t registering on the dipstick at all. This is basic maintenance and should have been caught immediately during any legitimate inspection process. For a dealership that markets itself as premium, the used vehicle intake and inspection process is subpar and disappointing. Transparency and basic mechanical checks should not be optional, especially when customers are trusting your inspection claims. I expected far better from Sewell. While the salesperson did their job well, the overall experience with the vehicle preparation seriously missed the mark.
