Refusal of warranty service claim

Worst service ever. My gmc sierra got knocking in engine. I have platinum warranty. Took truck to dealership. They kept truck for a week and did not provide a rental to me when i asked multiple times. They ran diagnostics on truck. No errors codes. I had multiple outside mechanics look at truck and they said there would be no error codes and issue was with a lifter stuck or collapsed due to DOD/AFM. Dealership refused to check that part on my truck because no error code. Took tech on ride with me to hear noise. Service shop told me it was bad alignment (i handed them a week old perfect alignment report), then they said it was tire humming or sway bar. Again false claim. I drove truck home still knocks. Went back to dealership with a written formal request for warranty service for them to sign that they received (for my possible future legal action if they don’t fix along with all correspondence with service reps), they refused to acknowledge and sign document. I have missed a week of work and no truck or rental. Shop refusing warranty service on truck covered under platinum warranty. Do not buy extended protection from this dealership as it is a scam and they do not honor it properly. Absolute worst service possible. Will be contacting a small claims lawyer tomorrow. I could easily have an outside shop fix this for a few hundred dollars but I shouldn’t have to when I have a full platinum warranty. It’s about principle and integrity now. Talk to you tomorrow and probably with a lawyer soon should you deny my 3rd request for warranty service on a vehicle purchased from you. Feel free to call me. You have my number!

WARNING!!!

Transmission blew before making 1st payment on 2017 ride. Chevy dealership said it's been a problem and nothing that just happened, and why it was traded in. Dealership refuses to help!
