Lawrence Hall GMC Buick Chevrolet Supercenter

I brought my 2023 Z71 Tahoe in for 2 recalls, to fix an engine noise, a water sound in my coolant system, my electric mirror sticking, and an oil change. They had my car for 5 days with no communication unless I called. And now my car is louder than when I dropped it off, with an additional noise now, they didn’t fix my mirror issue, and I left with 3 dings on my side doors. What kind of service is this, I took my car to the dealership thinking I would get better service than a local auto shop and my Tahoe is returned more damaged then when I dropped it off.

You had my car for 6 weeks. I realize it was due in part to the part being back ordered but never once did anyone call to give us an update and when we called we got the run around and we?re told someone would call us back but that never happened. When we went into pick up the car there were 4 people standing behind counters a sign on the door stating that you did take walk ins none of them appeared busy at all yet they don?t have time to call customers with updates or return calls that are inquiring about progress. I work in another state and was just wondering if I would have my car to go to work in or would have to take my son?s truck again I just wanted information but that was to much to ask.

Jim Corbett at Lawrence Hall Chevrolet is just exceptional. When I was driving in to work yesterday (I have an hour commute), I received an alert that I had a low tire. I contacted Jim and let him know the situation. He told me all was ok - just monitor the tire and I could bring my truck in after work. So I did. He found a technician to look at the tire and repair it - and this was after 5:30. He stayed with me and never once looked upset about what time it was. I apologized for it being so late and he assured me it was not a problem - they were there to take care of me. When the tire was finished, he brought my truck around as I was paying out and let me know it was repaired and I was good to go. I thanked him multiple times to say the least! Jim always goes above and beyond what is needed with his customer service, but this is just another great example of how he takes care of his customers. Thank you Jim for giving me peace of mind while I am on the road and keeping my Silverado in the best condition!
