On 9/19/2025 Valley Chevrolet GMC Salesperson Terris
On 9/19/2025 Valley Chevrolet GMC Salesperson Terris contacted me about a 2025 GMC Acadia Elevation Crystal Metallic I had seen on Cars.com and had inquired about. I told him I was 4 hours away in Stonecrest, GA and liked what I had read about it and suggested to save time we negotiate on the price on the phone. I gave him my fair offer of what I wanted to pay and Terris said "I will check this price with my Manager and we will get back to you and let you know." To this day I have not heard from them at all about anything ! No acceptance, No denial, No counter offer, No contact at all. I was ready to purchase the Acadia that Friday and drive over Saturday morning September 20, 2025 4 hours to pick it up ! But, again Terris nor his Manager (of whom I never got their name) replied to me. I am highly disappointed in their non professional approach to this ! In all my years of buying cars I have never ever had this to happen and I can't understand why ? A call, Text or Email would have been nice to let me know what was going on, but again nothing. They need to definitely work on that part of Customer Service because had I been made a decent counter offer he would have had a sold Acadia and I would have been driving now. Again I'm very saddened, disappointed and confused about this situation. Thanks and God Bless Jerry J. Porter

My experience was horrible buying a vehicle. My salesman was Blake and Tina. They both quit working there not long after I bought the vehicle. I thought buying a vehicle from a dealership I would not have issues. It needed new tires, a wheel bearing and the radio did not work. They said it passed inspection, I don't see how. They did fix the radio. I will NEVER buy from them again!!
