Jason Konstant responded quickly, answered all my questions, I test drove it, negotiated, was financed, and bought the XT5 in less just over an hour combined. Rocky in Finance didn't blanket send the loan application, got me a great rate, and we closed the deal. My truck payment was pulled the same day they paid it off, and they cut a check for refunding the payment within 24hrs.
