I had an outstanding experience getting my 2022 Chevy Traverse serviced here. After bringing it in for a transmission issue, the team diagnosed it quickly and even provided a ride home so I could finish my workday. My service advisor, Brian, was exceptional?he stayed in constant contact with updates. I was relieved to find out the replacement was covered under the powertrain warranty. They sourced a new transmission locally and finished the job right on schedule. They even picked me up to collect my vehicle! I?m driving away with total peace of mind. Highly recommend Brian and this service department.

Happy with service so far, NOT HAPPY with a transmission

Happy with service so far, NOT HAPPY with a transmission repair at 51000 miles and my warranty expired since it is a 2018 model bought new in 2019. Almost lost the engine at 500 miles when the oil came out due to a bad hose connection. So yea won?t be buying GMC products. Thanks!
