Recently had my GMC vehicle in for service... Set up a schedule with Amanda Jones... She took my vehicle in on time , greeted us with a friendly smile and was super polite and professional... She asked if there were any other issues or concerns I may have with my vehicle... McElveen's Service Dept. was super busy that day... Amanda kept us informed on the status of our vehicle... It was a pleasure dealing with Amanda... McElveen should be honored having Amanda on their staff... Amanda truly appears to really enjoy her job and the people she takes care of... Thank you again...
