I dropped my truck off to the dealer on Monday... I called them on Saturday (6 days later) for an update because no one ever called me... then I was told they got backed up and forgot to put my truck on the schedule The dealership got the repairs done on Monday night and called me at 530pm Monday to tell me they are done.

I called ahead to the dealer talked to Scott, told me to come down that my suv was still there...been looking at it for at least a few weeks... Took my family down two hour drive... Got there they were real nice...Scott left and i dealt with Kevin and the faceless person in the office... They gave me the keys and let me test drive it by myself.... I LOVE the car was ready to walk out with my 2016 exactly what i wanted on cars.com said certified for the dealer... Then they told me its not ready NO WRENCH HAS TOUCHED IT YET TO CALL IT CERTIFIED....i told them fine take the certified price off it and let me buy it... (I dont know HOW its been deemed ceritfied on thier dealer site without a wrench touching it) and they told be to come back tomorrow...that ends up a six hour trip to buy my car....i asked them y i couldnt just buy it now they said it was a safety issue to let me take the car without a wrench touching it.... BUT THEY LET ME TAKE IT FOR A TEST DRIVE BY MYSELF........ SAFEEEE! Where was the safety issue then! I showed Kevin i could have bought it outright and left....the kicker is they told the couple in front of us the same thing they test drove a car at the certified dealer then was told it has to go through certification.... Idk what it was about me but they didnt want my money i said then deliver it after i pay... They said they used to but because of fraud they cant.....FRAUD... IT WOULD HAVE BEEN MY CAR..PAID AND FULL.... There are so many dealerships before u get to that one.... Try those first

There was no pressure, I was able to think about it, Easy negotiation on the price. Scott was very nice to work with.
