Tried to tell us we needed brakes when we didn't.
Took our 2019 Encore in for inspection and were told front brakes and rotors were bad at 20,000 miles. Wanted almost $400 for the repair. Called another garage for an estimate, said it would be $100 cheaper so we went there and were told brakes and rotors were fine and would pass. Bunch of crooks if you ask me.
