Lum's GMC

We just bought our 4th vehicle from Lum's in McMinnville Oregon from Natalie. A 2024 GMC Terrain. They are a pleasure to deal with. No high pressure, and a very pleasing process. They also service our vehicles. We highly recommend them.

We had such a great experience buying from Lum's. They allowed us space but we're still available, the provided us a great deal, they were friendly and the process was quick and without a bunch of wasted time. Our salesman was great, the sales manager was great, and the person we signed with was also great. They all spoke highly of each other, which speaks to how they are treated and valued by their leadership and it's important to me that I do business with places that are good to their staff. I highly recommend Lum's.

This dealership told me that my battery was going out. This is the same thing that they said last year. I had it checked with Les Schwab and they said it was fine. I am still using the same battery and it works just fine. Additionally, I was told that I had a couple of oil leaks - just like last year. I had it checked by a master mechanic and he didn't find anything. There are no drips under my truck where it is parked. They also told me that my brake fluid was dirty and needed to be replaced. I had the brakes completely done last year with Les Schwab. They bled the system and put in new fluid. It certainly appears as if I am being scammed by Lum's. After forty years, will no longer use this dealership for any mechanical needs!
