2014 GMC 1500
Took my truck in for service on Feb. 04, 2022, found that it needed a motor under warranty. Was told should have motor by first week of April, did not happen, then was told no ETA on motor. They would let me know a status update once a week until June 19th, then that was the last I heard from them. I had to start calling and asking about my truck. Most of the time I could not get the individual to return my phone calls. Then in Sept. I got a hold of him and asked about a loaner car for a week or so, to have my other vehicle worked on. I was told that with out a ETA I could not get one. I asked him to ask the service manager and let me know, he stated he would, never heard back from him. A few weeks later went to talk with service manager, the individual handling my case was at lunch and the manager called him, then came and acted like I was someone just wanting to complain. I was treated like crap by this individual, he asked why I only need a loaned for a week or so, I felt it was none of his business, I told him that they had stopped letting me know the status of my truck in June and I had to start asking for updates. He stated they are suppose to let the customers know once a week the status of there vehicle. After the talk with the service manager, I got updates for two weeks then they stopped again. On Dec. the 6th I call gmc and talked with a lady and told her about the issues I was having about getting a motor for my truck. She called me back on Dec the 8th and told me they had a motor for me and it was being shipped. I believe this dealership failed me all the way around in them not letting me know the status of my truck, not returning my phone calls, even if it was to say no news, service manager treating me like crap, and on top of all of it I had to do the parts department and service departments job by calling gmc and asking for a motor. I am the customer, if you need electric at a new house would you have to go get the wire and pipe and other items then have the local utility install them NO. That is what I had to do was get gmc to send them a motor so they could put it in. Also my company truck was service by them and I noticed a oil leak under it and found the oil filter lose, this was not the only company truck we had this issue with. So would you recommend this dealership for any work No. I know this will go in file 13 when the first person reads this because they want everybody to think they are doing great a job there. I think the service manager needs to be respectful to customers.

REALLY GREAT !!!! For the most part the sales staff was really good .... One or two salesman dropped the ball, but then another called me and picked up the ball and made me very happy and sold the unit . 2 weeks waiting , I did not leave and go somewhere else because i trusted the dealership and Mr. Cooper .. I brought 3 cars from Mr. Cooper this year and 4 in the last 4 years.....

The assistance I received at Joe Cooper Chevrolet Cadillac of Shawnee, LLC in purchasing my new 2022 Chevrolet Trax was no less than EXCELLENT! I originally started the process online by searching for the vehicle I wanted. When I received the first call about making an appointment was just to ask what type of vehicle I wanted. The salesperson with whom I spoke put no pressure on me whatsoever, and seemed genuinely concerned about getting me the vehicle I wanted. The next day or so I met with Kaeli (sp?, sorry :-() was also no less than excellent. Again, no high pressure sales tactics, just a genuine concern with getting me the vehicle that I wanted. During the process I had a family emergency away from the dealership, and the sales team went into overdrive to get all the details and paperwork completed. I was, and am genuinely impressed by their efforts. Well done! And I love the Trax!
