Hire more mechanics.
Hire more mechanics. treat them good and they won't leave. Do a better job of updating your customers. Tell your bosses they really should do a better job of taking care of repeat customers. Tell your finance guy to return calls or stop telling people he will call them then doesn't. Overall I have not been impressed with this dealership at all.
