AS ALWAYS THE SERVICE WAS PROMPT AND EFFICIENT. AS ALWAYS THE EMPLOYEES SEE THAT i AM COMFORTABLE AND TAKEN CARE OF WHILE MY VEHICLE IS WORKED ON.i REALLY CAN FIND NOTHING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT WITH THEIR SERVICE.

Byford Buick always does all they can to make me comfortable while they examine and work on my car. My car's problem is somewhat unusual, but the employees tackle the problem with a great deal of thought and do all they can to solve the problem. I feel they are very competent and trust worthy with their work. I do not hesitate to recommend them. .

Went down to look at a used car. Before I even saw it, I found a new car on the lot that I liked even better. I drove both, and ended up buying the new car. There was no pressure at all from the salesman....just lots of great information about both cars. He let my husband and I discuss in private which one would be better for our family and make our own decision. I love my new car! Thanks Chris and Shawn for all your help! I will highly recommend you to all my friends!
