DONT BUY CARS HERE

Bought this used car not even 6 months ago. Had to replace coolant bottle ($360), front brakes ($420), spark plugs ($198), Thermostat/temp sensor ($400). Havent even had it the full 6 months yet!!! DONT BUY AT SERPENTINI. THEY WILL SWINDLE YOU AND SELL YOU GARBAGE.

This place is absolutely disgusting. I bought a vehicle from this shop and my check engine light came on the day after this vehicle was purchased. I have since been in and out of the shop five or six times and each time these guys are charging me for a new part and the check engine light has not been fixed. I had to renew my temp tags three times and had to pay for numerous Ubers to get to the shop. That alone cost several hundred dollars. On top of that these guys claim that the service is not covered in not one, but either of my two warranties. The first repair cost me over 1,000 dollars. The light comes back in less then a week later and these guys are claiming that it’s a totally different issue. Once again I had it serviced and my light came back on the next day. I returned that same day (third visit) and they read the code. It was the same issue as the day before and the manager Brian claimed he would get me an a rental car to get it fixed, but it was on his time. I didn’t have time to play phone games trying to get a rental car, so I returned on my next day off and all of a sudden their attitudes changed. They claimed the code was something completely different then what it was after their repair man. Now they are trying to charge me over 300 dollars for an issue they repeatedly continued to not fix! LOOK AT THE OTHER REVIEWS. Don’t get a used vehicle here and do not get serviced here! MULTIPLE PEOPLE ARE SAYING THIS BUSINESS IS SCAMS.

BUYERS BEWARE: If you choose to buy a car from this sleazy dealership, be sure they do not add expensive warranties to your contract without your knowledge. The warranties appear to be included in the price of the car but in reality they are optional and expensive. I was told these warranties are added automatically by the dealership but are never explained to the buyer. They appear on your contact as abbreviated names making them inconspicuous and undetectable. If you don't ask, they won't tell
