Leased/Bought 3 cars in the past 3 years from the Serpentini Strongsville dealership & 2 weeks ago was the most bizarre from the same sales associate I ever had. Usually great to work with (Tom Tewell). I basically gave him the sale by asking for him & purchasing in 2-3 days. Medina Auto Mall was begging for my (return) business & in hindsight should've given them the sale & bought the GMC Sierra. ZERO attentiveness, zero effort, zero follow-thru/follow-up. Pretty disappointing unfortunately.
