Excellent facility.
Excellent facility. The staff was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Outstanding communication. Not only did I receive appointment reminders, but I got updates during maintenance, and a follow-up call a couple of days after the appointment to make certain that everything was functioning correctly. Thorough! This dealer embraces transparency; their facility has large picture windows where customers can watch the work being done on their vehicle as it happens. They also have an app for real-time tracking. Great experience; I’ll definitely return.
