Scheduled rear marker lights for replacement with other
Scheduled rear marker lights for replacement with other items. Was questioned why when I got there to check in? Had to explain what service advisor should have known. Was told I needed loaner but none available. Do not understand with work already known when scheduling appointment why loaner not available? I felt I was to blame for loaner situation? Had to leave with my vehicle because I needed a vehicle. I had to ask how loaner would be communicated? Slight shaking of head not appreciated. I need to reschedule after loaner available? I asked when loaner could be available and was told don't know. Frustrating...
