Ordered a Denali Pickup 3 months ago.
Ordered a Denali Pickup 3 months ago. Came in with wrong wheels. They were good at getting the correct wheels in within a few days. Salesman offered to pick up at house and bring back. I stated “I’ll help you out and bring up if you can get me taken care of immediately. Please let me know a time that works for you?” They scheduled 9:30 AM on Friday the 19th. I arrived (from Kentucky) at 9:15 to switch 4 tires and wheels already mounted. 3 hours later I walked out to see what the delay was. hey stated they were short handed and let me sit. When the truck was finished I could tell the tires and wheels were obviously pulled from another truck due to the mud on the tires. Obviously a complete breakdown from sales to service. To back up I was told the truck would be in the beginning of December in October after a lack of previous request. Returning from out of town I emailed Alex on December the 11th (salesperson who dropped the ball twice) any word on my truck? He called 1 hour later stating “miraculously my truck showed up last night “ I requested to switch salesperson at that point and was taken care of on the purchase professionally.

We were treated very well by the dealership and especially the salesman, I'Shaun Casey. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the outcome of an agreed repair of a ding on the hood. My expectation was higher than the result.
