Ridiculous Process and Low Trade-in Values
Repeated problems with family and myself trying to work with car salesmen for trade-in prices and car values. Car salesman should know the bottom line and have discretion, yet they have to do the old tactic of running to a guy "in the backroom" to make deals. Very frustrating and lengthy process.
