At the end of the day I got my Ford Explorer for a decent

At the end of the day I got my Ford Explorer for a decent price and not a terrible vehicle, but I will never return to this place ever again. There wasn't a major problem but enough small issues arose that made this whole process awful. First, the salesman sucked. Didn't know how to answer my basic questions and knew nothing about the car. Wish I could remember his name. Second, the website was very inaccurate. It listed features that the car didn't have and didn't list several that were included. Third, basic stuff wasn't taken care of. The car had no gas, wasn't cleaned, fluids not topped off stuff I would just expect a dealership to do. I talked with the salesman about one of the key FOBs having low battery and he promised to change it before he gave it to me, he didn't. Next the despot. I wanted to put 3k down and they only charged me 1k then had to call me to get the rest. What kind of a show you running over there? After that the title. I gave them my title and asked if I needed anything else and they assured me no, so I threw away all my paperwork when I was cleaning my car before I traded it in. They called me a week later & told me I needed the lien release to accept the traded in car. I had to contact my bank to get another one. Pain in the xxx. There is also a sensor that went out within a month of my buying it. Nothing major, but how does this happen right after I get it. They hid a lot of damage on the outside (paint chips and scratches). There is a hole under the floor mats in the carpet they conviently covered. And the salesman said I could jeep my plates and didn't check to see that I had MN plates and that wasn't possible. Not a huge thing but seems like something they should know or not lie about. The wife needs a new vehicle and we are going to Corwin. They seem like a much better place.

I went in to buy a pick up found the one I wanted.

I went in to buy a pick up found the one I wanted. The check engine light was on test drive. Not a big deal was injector said they would fix it. As I go to pay for the truck. My original sales guy who was busy sent me to to others to finish the deal. They were trying to get me to sign on a more expensive truck that I never ever saw. Tried to explain that to them they called me a liar and the other sales men a liar. Then realized I was right but proceeded to be very rude. To the point my girlfriend and I walked out. I loved the truck first sales men was great sales manager was not nice and very rude. The other sales lady was not very nice. Lost my truck for a 1/2 hour and left us standing wondering what was going on. Luther lost a sale and repeat bussiness

Salesman was fine. Will never do your closing thing again! Mark was obnoxious and didn't know what he was doing. It was a cash purchase. We give you the funds, you give us the title. It took him 2 1/2 hours! Never again
