I purchased a vehicle from Davenport Auto Park in Rocky
I purchased a vehicle from Davenport Auto Park in Rocky Mount, NC less than a year ago, and it has already experienced a major breakdown. While mechanical issues can happen, the lack of follow-up and communication from the dealership is unacceptable. I called and left two messages requesting a return call, and no one ever contacted me. Customer service does not end at the time of sale, and I expected a higher level of professionalism and accountability. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Davenport AutoPark.
