I have used and bought several vehicles over the past 20 years. The service department is good except sometime the wait to get the vehicle back from just a oil change is sometime I feel is too long of a wait. I understand I not the only customer they have but that my opinion.

Kia finance manager/employee forged my signature on a $4,449,00 extended warranty and my sales contract with Wells Fargo. They’re under a fraud investigation and other state agencies working on my case. They refused to meet with me or give me any of my documents on my 2023 Kia Sportage. The police went by to help me but was told they had lost all my documents. Finally my lender was able to get me copies.
