I have a 2014 Chevy Cruze bought from Everett brand new
I have a 2014 Chevy Cruze bought from Everett brand new in 2014. In April 2024, the engine wiring harness had to be replaced, which can only be done by a certified Chevrolet dealer due to it being an original manufactured equipment (OME). The total for that, including parts and labor, was ~$1600.00. Not even a year later, the car is showing the same symptoms. My original appointment time was May 1st at 4:40pm. When I go to take the car in for that appointment, it could not safely make it out of my driveway because the engine kept stalling and losing power due to this issue. I called an explained that I would be towing it to their location the same day, but it wouldn't arrive by the 4:40pm appointment time. While I was still on the phone explaining this, I received an email/text message confirmation that my appointment had been changed to the next available date, which was May 9th, 2025 at 8:00am. I explained that I could not wait this long as this was a time sensitive issue. I was told by the scheduler that there was nothing they could do. Fast forward to now, May 13th, 2025. I called and spoke to my service technician, Samantha, who informed me that my car has not even been seen yet. She says the service department is several weeks behind and are still looking at cars that came in last week. I asked her how long they have been backed up and she informed me it was several weeks behind. Why did they need to reschedule my May 1st appointment if they knew they weren't going to be able to see it that day anyway? Now, I have been without my car for almost two weeks. The recommendation was to rent a rental car for $42 a day. I am a teacher and that is not possible for me. If I could take my car literally ANYWHERE else for this service, I would, but they are the ones who installed the engine wiring harness this time last year, so it MUST be seen here for warranty purposes. I considered trading this vehicle in towards the purchase of a newer car, but if this is how Everett does their business with established customers, I no longer want to be a part. I have asked to speak to someone higher up in management, but no one has returned my call. There are no contacts listed online for any of the presidents/vice presidents/etc. other than "click here to send an email" that never loads the actual email address. I would like someone in charge of the entire facility to reach out to me regarding me experience. This is unacceptable. I also discovered that Everett is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau, which is also a red flag for customer service/retention.

Negative stars if possible.
Negative stars if possible. Took my truck in for a transmission recall and 2 days later the transmission came out. Immediately after the recall the transmission was not right and of course GM or the dealship said they are not at fault. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Recent service of issue where emission and other alerts,
Recent service of issue where emission and other alerts, including speed limit, generated while normal driving. Three separate occurrences where I was able to turn truck off then on and the alerts cleared and performance returned to normal. Everett replaced a fuel injector to resolve the issue, based on alarm code. This repair had taken an unexpected 3 days and was not communicated well. I had to call at the end of the second day to gain an update. I picked up the truck on 4/25/2025. On 4/28/2025 we headed out on an RV trip that had been planned for many months. 50 miles from home the truck made a significant “explosion like sound” under the hood. We pulled over and made a call to Everett. The initial responses from the service department were terrible, like “we can schedule a time for you to bring in” to “all managers are currently in a meeting” and then getting pushed to a “scheduling manager”. During this xx I opened the hood and found a large hose loose on top the engine. I finally got a technician to talk to after a lot of pressing. He was very helpful and guided me to reconnecting the charge cooling air hose. This was obviously not tightened correctly during the injector repair. Unfortunately when this hose let loose and the truck lost turbo charger pressure. When started back up the truck generated emissions and other alarms. These alarms immediately speed “power limited” the truck. I had to limp back to the nearest dealer, McNeil Chevrolet. Diagnostic at McNeil pointed to a failed emissions filter. Parts had to be ordered and repair date still unknown. So I have plenty of time to leave this lengthy review as we sit in our RV and wait another repair. Final repair of the original issue…who knows. I do know that this current repair was caused by the loose hose from the last “repair”, as the truck was running smooth until that hose let go. I certainly expect higher quality from GM and its dealers. I did not connect with a real manager so just adding a name below so that I can submit my review.
