This was my first time buying a Cadillac and I'm glad I had the opportunity to come to City Cadillac. The customer care was excellent. Tracy Tolson(Sales Rep) and John Randazzo (Sales Man.)
gave me VIP treatment. They answered all my questions and made me feel confident to complete the deal. Most importantly they work the numbers to help you sleep at night. Tell them what you want. They work for you, no rushing and very patient. They will troubledshoot any problems you have.
I'm enjoying my Cad XT6 SUV and no nightmares. (5)*****Rating for this team. All the Best. Irv

There are no words to describe how happy i am with my new car! From the second i stepped foot into City Cadillac i was treated like a rock star. These people that work here can’t do enough to make you happy!!! I can’t say enough about The sales manager Allison Doyle. She worked so hard to find me the exact car that i wanted. I was very specific about what i wanted and it wasn’t easy, yet she was patient with me, kind and helped me to get the best deal. What can i say about Santino??? Santino who sold me the car was thorough when taking me for a test drive, explained all the exciting things the car had to offer, and made the transaction not only smooth, convenient, but fun and exciting too!!! I had issue with childcare the day i was supposed to pick up my new car. No problem!!!! Santino brought my car to me!!!!! It was a total first class transaction. I felt like a movie star!!! He helped me set up my blue tooth, on star, and everything else that had to be done. It didn’t stop there... he took my old plates off and attached them to my new car. Wait for it... wait for it... then he drove away with my old car and dropped it off for me at the dealership. It doesn’t get better than that. I can’t say enough about this fine dealership and the quality of people who work there!!!!! If you are getting a caddy, gmc or Buick look no further than this dealership. You will be just as happy as me!!!!! Thank you city caddy, Allison and Santino!!!!!

My second lease from City Cadillac Buick GMC. Helena was very informative and helpful to me. Helena was very professional and was always available to speak to me whenever I had a question or concern. John Randazzo General Manger was truly a gentlemen in every way, John was professional, friendly made my experience a pleasure for the second time. Thanks again John and Helena for all your hardwork. My daughter is interested in a Encore. I will be in touch.
