They sold us a car with a bad engine.
They sold us a car with a bad engine. The year old car wasn’t certified and when I asked why Shay told me it was just because it didn’t need to be due to it being so new but that they had looked it over very carefully and the car was in perfect condition. 4 days later the engine light comes on and now needs replaced. Thankfully it’s still covered but now everything makes more sense. Would not trust Bical or shop there ever ever again.
