Poor service, looks for and wants to sell you service you don't need. Long wait times for service. Very expensive. Insulted my intelligence. Told me synthetic oil takes longer to change. Not pleasant experience or people to deal with since new owners took over. .

I'm sorry you feel this way. I know we responded to the similar review you left on Google as well, but I wanted to respond here as well. Bruce, the multipoint inspection is performed completely free of charge as a service to our customers. It's designed to make you aware of any issues that might be developing with your vehicle, as well as provide photographs to document the recommendations our advisors provide. We've invested in improvements to the service area, with necessary updates to the facility and technology - including new lifts. That has definitely caused longer than normal wait times, which we are sorry about. Now that the garage is up and running, we expect to get shorter wait times for all our customers. We hope to see you again, but if not, we wish you the very best in the future.
