I still can't stop kicking myself in the A$$ for purchasing ANOTHER truck from Sisbarro Buick GMC in Las cruces, NM. I felt pressured and unsatisfied with the deal they were presenting to me a few years ago but in the end Eric Salazar, a for salesman, made it all right and I was happy with deal. They had been hounding me for quite a while to resell them the truck I bought, apparently the oil fields are booming again and they need my style of truck. Ron V. pressured me and darn near ripped my truck out from under me! I have 1 use for my truck and that's to pull my 5th wheel, all I asked was that the new truck be fully equipped to pull my trailer right off the lot. Xavier refused to honor that agreement and I couldn't be more dissatisfied with the way they choose to do business. I called less than 24 hrs after purchase and spoke with Norma from finance to see if I could cancel the contract and get my truck back and was told "unfortunately not". DO NOT GO TO SISBARRO BUICK used cars, You WILL be swindled!!! Thank goodness it's a big truck since I'll be sleeping in it since I have no way of pulling my RV!!!😠😠😠

This is the worse place to get a vehicle!
This is the worse place to get a vehicle! I bought a 2023 Chevy Malibu with 20 thousand miles I had the car for 30 days when it started jerking every time I changed gears so I took it back and I went back and forth with everyone in the service department Jose Salas, Chuck, Colton, and Justin! Nobody knew what was going on there was no communication between any of the mechanics and the managers, at first they “could not duplicate the problem” until finally they figured out it was the transmission and it needed to be replaced, at this point I was pretty pissed that a pretty new car with low miles needed a whole new transmission. I asked Alex Veloz the sales manager about getting into another vehicle he said I could but I would have to pay another 4 grand after putting down large down payment I was not going to give them anymore money, so I just let it be and let them replace it. It took over a month to replace the transmission finally they called me to pick up my car and it felt different not a smooth ride at all like when I first got it so I drove it home and opened the hood and everything was shaking it sounded like a diesel. I took it back the next day told them it’s shaky and loud. Before I bought the car I remember them opening the hood while it was on it, it was so quiet it didn’t sound like the car was on so I know this noise and shakiness is not normal! I got a hold of Michael Yoke & Darrel carpenter and they both told me there was nothing wrong with the vehicle and that noise was “normal” they even went as far as asking me to go down there because they had another Malibu that sounded the same to prove that it was “normal” they refused to fix my car or make the situation right! Do not waste your time or money here!
