Knowledgeable and fair to work with. We ultimately did not buy the truck but would go back to this dealer. The salesman and manger were friendly and courteous.

Purchased a 2018 GMC Terrain Denali from Miller and have been back six (6) times after OnStar Diagnostic checks have found "LOW BATTERY, SERVICE SOON." Twice I've had to have the battery jumped after it wouldn't start. General Motors says that the battery drain when the vehicle is not running, also known as Parasitic Draw, is there but is within specifications. Miller's Service Dept. stated on their invoice that the problem is my fault because I don't drive it enough. Last month I drove it more than 1,000 miles but still got the same OnStar Diagnostic warning. Both Miller Buick GMC and General Motors are using deceptive business practices because they can't resolve the problem of Radio Frequency Interference (RFI) that is altering the functions of their vehicle's electronic modules. They even had a RECALL on my Terrain to reprogram the crash sensing module that wouldn't deploy the air bags in a crash. General Motors issued Service Bulletin PIC5650C last October which blames the owners for the RFI by brings things such as phones, chargers. cables, EZ Pass tags, etc. into the vehicles. The Service Bulletin tells dealers not to do anything unless they can duplicate the reported problems, and lists 29 models of Cadillacs, Buicks, Chevrolets and GMCs. How do they stop the RFI from altering the programs in all the electronics they're putting in their vehicles?? They haven't been able to resolve the problem so they lie, fabricate excuses, use deceptive ways (such as disconnecting the battery) to get false battery drain readings when modules don't function properly, or simply deny that the problem exists.

My experience at Miller Buick ,Woodbridge,NJ was great. My sales person was Christina and she was wounderful!!!!! Very kind , patient , helpful , knowledgeable and professional. The financial department staff was very good and patient.
All around on a scale of 1 - 10 , 10 being the highest, I will give Miller Buick 10.
