The worst ever dealership service, the charge you $200
The worst ever dealership service, the charge you $200 (very expensive) for diagnostics that you have to pay if you decided not to fix your car there. They offer a shuttle bus, to take you to work after leaving your car there in the morning, which comes one hour later. Bill Marter is the service manager but he is useless. Carmen Semenza, his aggressive and rude service “advisor”, is the one who deals with any dispute or complaint from customers. They offer parts and labor at a very, very expensive prices. Don’t go there please !
