Bought a car in March. They messed up the Title. Just have to keep getting paper tags. Called owner and never got a response. Sad service.

Made appointment on line , when arrived rep told me they have no record of appointment. When I told him it was done online, response was oh yeah we done get those appointments. My daughter had same issue at Burke with appointment almost a year ago. I?m just glad in need oil Change and it could be done. Why do you have a system that doesn?t work.

Her no aggressive approach was the most helpful and welcoming response I have ever had at a dealership. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking to buy a car.
