We recently purchased a vehicle from Quirk Buick GMC in Manchester, and from start to finish, the entire experience was absolutely seamless. From the moment we walked in, we felt completely taken care of. Tara MacQuarrie, our Sales Consultant, was incredibly knowledgeable about the different vehicles we were considering. She took the time to walk us through all of our options and made sure we felt confident in our decision. Her professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. Ryan Boulter, the Sales Manager, was equally great to work with—approachable, accommodating, and genuinely committed to making the process as smooth as possible. When it came time to go over the warranty and financing details, Tiffany Nowicki, the Finance Coordinator, was excellent. She clearly explained the different warranty options without any pressure, which made us feel well-informed and comfortable. The whole experience felt transparent and trustworthy—nothing felt pushy or unclear. What really stood out, too, was the atmosphere in the dealership. It was obvious that the team genuinely enjoys working together, and that positive energy made the whole experience even more enjoyable. We’ll absolutely be returning to Quirk GMC for future purchases. Highly recommend!

Stay away from this service department. If you need repairs they do more damage than they repair. Will tell you that they have done work that they did not do. They are great at telling you what you want to hear.

Quirk Gmc sold me a Yukon XL that was towed into the dealer and deemed unsafe to drive with under 400 miles on it. It remained in the shop for 37 days. I was given a low model crosstrek with neither AWD or 4WD as a loaner for December and January. Quirk GMC general manager never bothered once to call me and GM customer service referred me to my owners manual when I reached out to them for assistance. GM refused to return over $2,500 in rebate dollars to my GM credit card and even refused to pay for the tow into the dealer. The experience was time consuming, frustrating and costly. Buyer Beware!
