My purchasing experience was good.
My purchasing experience was good. But they put their “Dover Chevrolet” license plate frame on my Tesla with the wrong screws and I could not get them out. I called twice to talk about it and nobody ever returned my call. Not good. So I guess they are eager to sell you a car and don’t care much after you drive it away

We had an a great experience at Dover Chevy. We were trading in a Toyota for a newer used truck. Jon was our salesman and he took great care of us, very knowledgeable and friendly, made the whole process quick and painless. From test drive to sale the whole process took very little time and we left happy with a great deal thanks to Anton. The techs who looked over the truck made sure we knew everything about it and assured that the truck will last quite a while. Thank you to Steve the used car manager for working a great trade in deal!
