Quality Assurance
Upon inspection under my hood following an oil change, I noticed a coolant hose laying across the top of the engine and out of its mounting brackets. I assume for an oil change not necessary to move this hose, making it go back to when my power steering pump was replaced over a year ago. It is upsetting that this was not put back properly and so obvious. If parts are not available to complete the whole job properly then order to fix right. I expect my vehicle to be returned back to its condition when dropped off when the repairs are complete. Otherwise my experience was good.
