I?m the only owner of my car when it was under 36,000
I?m the only owner of my car when it was under 36,000 miles they didn?t check for things they didn?t they I would go. They would tell me they did a full inspection. It wouldn?t be done then the next time I will go it would be $700 just horrible customer service nobody could help people with one person. You have to wait for that person because he?s never at his desk and then this time my car is apparently there?s a small leak. My car is still under warranty. They wouldn?t even check the warranty they just want to schedule and tell you how much it?s gonna cost like this is a GMC. Why won?t they check that first horrible horrible horrible customer service the manager he doesn?t do anything but try to make him pretend it?s that fake car dealership salesman type of personality where he?s super fake super friendly but don?t do anything horrible service

Kai was excellent. Very accommodating and willing to get me whatever I wanted or needed. He worked with my circumstances and still got me to the goal that I wanted with vehicle and payments.
