Deceptive practice to do a car lease. They run the credit report without prior signed authorization. On 12/19/2020 I completed in this dealer the process to make a Lease with Mr. Piero, Sales Associate and 2 days later they called me to return the car, because they had not authorized the lease from the GMC bank. The dealer, without prior authorization, ran my credit, to change the lease to a purchase and seek financing. Beware of potential future buyers. A lot of attention when giving your private data, such as social security, etc. This dealer uses private information without authorization, negatively impacting your credit report.

This car purchase was the best experience I can recall. Mr. Cruz and the staff made the purchase flawless and convenient. I highly recommend this dealership and the staff as a most professional and helpful I have enjoyed. The Terrain I received was terrific and the post-sales help was beyond what I suspected.
