Does not stand behind their sale!

Reviewed by Luke from Glens Falls, NY February 11, 2024

Does not stand behind their sale! Issues with purchase! First of all, I was an out of state full cash paying buyer. I was searching the web for a specific mustang with the right options. I was not the typical buyer. The salesman Nick Foster, did the minimum required for the sale. Sometimes days would go by without a response (text). Excuse for that was we were busy being it was a stretch of nice weather. Paperwork was later than expected. I received the car via a private, enclosed auto transport company. The car looked fine upon arrival. Upon further investigation, one of the tires had a manufacturer defect and the shipping blocks (plastic spacers) were still installed on the springs. Note the car had 7 miles. I was assured by the salesman that the car was looked over before sale and its nothing. And he said that the damage was from my transport. There was no way as the tire was split all the way around and the wheel was fine. Trent, the manager wasn't any better. I got a hold of him and he said, "unless you want to bring the car back here there's nothing I can do." Distance being NY to Nebraska. Said I could go through the tire manufacturer's warranty and do the leg work for that. Bear in mind, I spent over $62k, again cash. After all of that I had my excellent local dealer Nemer Ford take a look at the PICTURE of my tire and they ordered a new one on the spot, and removed the shipping blocks. They said there should have been no discussion. In the end it didn't cost me a dime to make right what should've already been perfect on a brand new car.

Everything went fine.

Everything went fine. They were accommodating and friendly. They accepted a check (that surprised me!), and a rep drove to my city to deliver the title when it was ready.

Rip-off. AVOID

Reviewed by Blaine from Lincoln, NENovember 27, 2022

Rude, sketchy, lemon-selling ripoff artists. We are still waiting for the key fob we bought in the summer that goes to the lemon they sold us. Just another way for them to steal people’s money I guess. Billy and Trent at Meyer Automotive are like two of the Three Stooges. I highly, highly, highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs even for service
