Horrible experience all the way around I purchased
Horrible experience all the way around I purchased w/trade on Monday December 8 2026, I was told by the girl that processes titles that I had 5 days to change my mind which I did. I let Jesse know on Wednesday the 10th that I was returning trailblazer and would pick up my trade at the same time. First he told me I could not because it was sold, then he told me he was mistaken and that my trade was in the shop torn apart. I called again on Thursday the 11th to let him know I would be there and he told me the car was still torn apart and I would have to pay for work done so far and that the mechanic working on my car was not working today so my car would not be put back together and I could not pick it up

Excellent buying experience.
Excellent buying experience. Jayden's knowledge of the vehicle, options, and available programs was impressive. I went in having a number in mind on our trade-in and they agreed with my numbers after inspecting and driving. No haggling, no pressure buying experience.

Was able to get in early.
Was able to get in early. Had one issue on tire rotation but wiil be fixed next time I am able to schedule appointment. Manager was very upfront.
