I went there to look at a used Ford explorer.

I went there to look at a used Ford explorer. It was 3 years old and had 65,000 miles on it. To Start I noticed a bad rattling sound during idle, so I asked the salesmen and he said everything but never answered my initial questions, and just said it’s an old car with high mileage (as I got out of a 15 year old car with almost 300k miles on it.) That was just the start of a down hill slope of a terrible experience! They failed to be upfront about any issues on the car, once we finally asked for a CARFAX report, which salesman didn’t want to do, and made us wait over 25 minutes for, the title came back as a lemon title! Needless to say it was a terrible experience, and they tried hiding the fact that the car fell under the Lemon Law. I will never go back there and try my best to scare others away from wasting their time and/or money there!

HORRIBLE experience with the Service Dept.

HORRIBLE experience with the Service Dept. Brought my car in for Diagnostic check for oil leak. They came back with Timing Cover, Valve Cover and Alternator all leaking oil.(we all know Alternators don't have oil in them). They came to $3688.00 for all these repairs and it was only replacing the gaskets once they removed them all even after quoting well you do have 140,000 miles on your car which to me would mean you replace the part not just the gaskets. As for the Alternator that could not be leaking oil, I would of known if that was bad by my car not charging and I had none of those issues. I paid my $225 fee and left with my car. If they would of taken the time to clean up the oil they would of found the true oil leak which ended up being the Front Crank Shaft Seal. The oil had been spread around and once cleaned the leak was found. The cost ended up being $400.00 instead of $3688.00 They Totally Misdiagnosed my repairs and I would of ended up with still having an Oil Leak after paying them $3688.00. I bought my car there in 2016 and have brought it there for all Oil Changes and service work since then. NO More!! I am out $225 for a Misdiagnosis! I will not return and will not being Trading in my Car there.
