2015 Buick Lacross Purchase
I recently traded in our 2010 Buick Lucerne for a 2015 Buick LaCross. The salesman, Ed Chapman was excellent and knowledgeable. When we picked the LaCross up and brought it home I examined the vehicle. The dealer preparation on the vehicle left much to be desired. The gas tank was not full and it appeared no one opened the hood of the car to clean out the accumulated leaves and debris under the hood. In addition, the window washer fluid tank was half full. It appears someone forgot to carry out an adequate dealer preparation for the vehicle. Needless to say I was not pleased and indicated my displeasure to our salesman, Ed Chapman. I have purchased many vehicles over time from this Chevrolet dealership when it was under different owners. I have never had this experience before. In addition I continue to bring my GM vehicles(I have four) to this dealership every three to four months for service. I am down grading my rating for this dealership due to the dealer preparation.
