My experience was excellent because of Hanna. She made the entire process of buying a new car easy with amazing product knowledge and seamless financing options. Overall, I truly believe she should be running the entire dealership because ultimately she was the one who knew the answers to every question I had. WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE.
WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE.TOOK VEHICLE IN FOR A CODE.FIRST THEY DIDNT CHECK THE CODES.SECOND TRIED TO JUST SELL US TIRES AND SAID A PART NEEDED TO BE REPLACE ON THIS NEW CAR FOR 1100.DIDNT CHECK IF IT WAS UNDER WARRANTY NOR THE TIRES UNDER WARRANTY.WHICH ALL WERE.SECOND CHRIS OUR SERVICE ADVISOR WAS RUDE AND NEVER CALLED US BACK ON THE SITUATION THE WHOLE TIME. COMPLETE NIGHTMARE.UNPROFESSIONAL I WOULDNT TAKE MY CAR FOR SERVICE HERE.

I went to see him after I had problems with service.
I went to see him after I had problems with service. He listened to the voicemail. Read all the text messages and said this isn’t right. The sad part about the whole thing is when somebody doesn’t stand by the word the word supposed to mean something and it didn’t he told me when I came in there I would be happy Monday to hear the results. All I heard was you needed oil after I had a voicemail telling me that the timing chain went out of my car and then other problems just sad. I will never do business here ever again and I’m hoping to get in contact with the CEO so he can listen to the voicemail and the text back-and-forth. Beware.
