Service appointment time means absolutely nothing.
Service appointment time means absolutely nothing. Can’t blame it on the service rep or the technician because it has to do with management. Why else would you wait 2 hours after appointment time before vehicle is even looked at? They know that you are there waiting for your truck but it just doesn’t matter. Next new vehicle will be bought from dealership with a better service department.

8:30 oil change appt.
8:30 oil change appt. It is 11:06 and I'm still here waiting. Why even make appointments if you can't honor them. Pitiful way to do business.

First, I want to apologize for the inconvenience. Both of our service departments are going through the installation and training for the latest service department technology. As with new technology, the learning curve can be painful, but once our advisors and technicians are comfortable, it will handle everything from appointment, to the write-up, vehicle inspection, updates, completion notifications, as well as checkout and payment. Beware of Bob the Finance Manager!
I bought a Nissan Titan from Mossy of Picayune in October of 2020. Bob the Finance Manager offered an Ultimate Coverage Warranty through OSI Inc. (The Versant Group) Bob said the warranty was for six years or 150k miles, which ever came first. Called the warranty company to check and see if a part was covered under warranty. They said yes but my coverage was expired. They explained the dealership (Bob) put the manufacture date of the vehicle as the start date of the coverage (5-23-17). The warranty company said they just need to correct the paperwork for coverage. Called the dealership (Bob) and he said they couldn't change it because that's not what he offered at the time of the sale. So because Bob the Finance Manager lied, I now have to come out of pocket for a repair I paid a warranty for. Like I told Bob on the phone, this will be the last time I ever do business with Mossy of Picayune. Beware of Bob!
